Qingling Motors (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingling Motors") is a key backbone enterprise in the automobile industry in China. Its predecessor was Chongqing Automobile Manufacturer. The Group has evolved into a conglomerate comprising 13 subsidiaries, including the Sino-Japanese joint venture and Hong Kong-listed Qingling Motors Co., Ltd., the Sino-German joint venture Hydrogen Power Systems Co., Ltd., 10 other Sino-foreign joint ventures, and one state-owned wholly-owned enterprise. With total assets of RMB15.4 billion and net assets of RMB11.5 billion, Qingling Motors primarily manufactures Isuzu's full range of commercial trucks featuring internationally advanced technology and quality, as well as its own Qingling-branded traditional fuel and new energy commercial trucks. The Group also produces Isuzu's six series of engines (100-520 horsepower) and Bosch hydrogen fuel cell engines.
