The 7th WCIFIT Opens at Chongqing International Expo Center with Jiulongpo District Signing Five Projects Totaling RMB5.2 Billion

On May 22, the 7^th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center. The same day witnessed the Signing Ceremony for Major Projects of the 7^th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade. As one of the WCIFIT's core events, the ceremony centered on the theme of "New Western China, New Manufacturing, New Services", not only bringing together global high-quality resources to facilitate the implementation of a number of highly influential and driving projects in Western China, but also injecting new momentum into the region's high-quality economic development. A total of 124 projects were signed on-site during the event, with formal contract values exceeding RMB200 billion.

According to the reporter's findings, Jiulongpo District signed five projects with a total investment of RMB5.2 billion. The five projects signed by Jiulongpo District include: ZELOS National Headquarters Project, Chongqing Hub Port · Jiulong Industrial Park Automotive and Motorcycle Lightweight Supporting Industrial City Project, Chongqing Hub Port Automotive and Motorcycle Comprehensive Supply and Production Base Project, LOT POP Project, and Chongqing Tianqin Automotive High-End Interior Parts Headquarters Base Project.

ZELOS (Suzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a globally leading company capable of delivering standardized L4-level fully autonomous driving products and applications for open roads. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a national technology-based enterprise, and a unicorn company. The signed ZELOS National Headquarters Project plans to invest RMB2 billion to establish its national headquarters in Jiulongpo District. The investment includes: RMB700 million for production lines to build L4-level autonomous vehicle production facilities; RMB300 million for office buildings and supporting facilities, including the construction of a 12,000-square-meter headquarters building for operations, management, settlement and maintenance; and RMB1 billion for R&D investments.

The Chongqing Hub Port · Jiulong Industrial Park Automotive and Motorcycle Lightweight Supporting Industrial City Project will establish an automotive and motorcycle lightweight supporting industrial city, providing market-oriented services for resident enterprises including property management, environmental protection facility operation and maintenance, public commercial services, and enterprise development consulting.

The Chongqing Hub Port Automotive and Motorcycle Comprehensive Supply and Production Base Project plans to conduct metal processing businesses such as aluminum, steel, and copper materials in the Huangqian Port of Jiulong New City within the Chongqing Hub Port Industrial Park. Based on an annual processing capacity of 1 million tons of metal sheet cargo transportation, storage, and financial support service demands, the project will leverage the Internet platform "Gangneng Online" to carry out businesses including warehousing and transportation, leasing, platform settlement, physical delivery trading, and supply chain finance, centered around the "trade + logistics + supply chain + operation" model, offering one-stop services for bulk commodity transactions.

The LOT POP Project will invest in the renovation of the Jinying Women's Street in Yangjiaping Business Circle, Jiulongpo District, with a total area of 11,000 square meters. The project will introduce retail, apparel, beauty services, catering, and other commercial formats, aiming to establish the first "Youth Women's Fast Fashion · Integrated Shopping and Entertainment Platform" in Southwest China.

The Chongqing Tianqin Automotive High-End Interior Parts Headquarters Base Project plans to build a new headquarters base for high-end automotive interior components in Jiulongpo District, primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of automotive seat covers and foam products. The project company will serve as the group headquarters for Chongqing Tianying, Anhui Tianqin, and Chongqing Tianqin Guangzhou Branch, and will also function as the listing entity.
